Ana Faria
Ana Faria is currently serving as an Associate Professor with Aggregation at the Nova Medical School, Nova University of Lisbon, a position she has held since 2022. She earned her Aggregation in Health Sciences from the same institution in 2022. Dr. Faria completed her Ph.D. in Chemistry at the Faculty of Sciences, University of Porto, in 2010, following a Master's degree in Chemistry in 2005 and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry in 2003, both from the same university. Since March 2018, she has been an active researcher at the Comprehensive Health Research Centre (CHRC). Dr. Faria's research interests encompass a wide range of topics, including Nutritional Biochemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Toxicology, Microbiota, and Metabolic Disease. With a rich academic background and a dedication to advancing health sciences, Dr. Ana Faria contributes significantly to the academic and research community.
